Assist in negotiations of purchase of property providing research and potential budgets.

Assist in negotiation of contracts with Architects, Project Managers and Construction Managers.

Assist in value engineering without alteration of specific design concepts.

Administration of permit process with utilities and municipalities.

Assist in the design process – Attend weekly meetings, review invoices, attend meeting with potential lenders.

Assist owner during construction process – Attend owners meetings, review monthly requisitions, review proposals for change order.

Assist in project “close out” – Review release of liens, review punch lists prepared by Architects.
